My Muscle Chef is an award-winning ready-meal delivery service based in Sydney. Their meals are aimed at high performance athletes and they cook for approximately 20,000 customers each year. So it’s essential that they maintain food health and safety across their whole operations.
When My Muscle Chef planned a new site, easy access was a must. They needed doors that let staff staff enter and exit without using their hands. They also needed doors that would maintain temperatures in cold rooms and fridges and stop allergens from spreading. Durability and strength were also very high on the wishlist — staff often wheel heavy trolleys in and out of kitchen areas.
