My Muscle Chef is an award-winning ready-meal delivery service based in Sydney. Their meals are aimed at high performance athletes and they cook for approximately 20,000 customers each year. So it’s essential that they maintain food health and safety across their whole operations.

When My Muscle Chef planned a new site, easy access was a must. They needed doors that let staff enter and exit without using their hands. They also needed doors that would maintain temperatures in cold rooms and fridges and stop allergens from spreading. Durability and strength were also very high on the wishlist — staff often wheel heavy trolleys in and out of kitchen areas.

Our doors help staff access kitchen areas and cool rooms with ease. Staff no longer need to use their hands to open doors. They simply nudge them open with their feet. They can easily move trolleys between rooms and see instantly whether an area is medium or high-risk thanks to colour-coding on the doors.

The rubber sealing on the doors maintains temperatures in cool rooms so food stays fresh.

These changes have created ease and safety for staff, letting them focus on cooking up winning meals for their customers.
