Most minor issues or repairs can be carried out by your on-site team of technicians. Sometimes a simple reset is all you need to get your door working again.

Service
We service doors from all major manufacturers. We provide any spare parts required as well as advice on any upgrades or customisations you may need to ensure your doors perform well and look good.

In addition to one-off services, we offer tailored scheduled maintenance plans to assess your doors regularly. This minimises down time and disruption to your business. With substantial discounts for multi-month packages, Carona’s schedule maintenance plans are the best-value option for your business.

Emergency

If your door breaks and there’s an immediate threat to the safety of your staff, customers, or stock, please call us. We have technicians throughout metro and regional Australia who will make your workplace a priority.

We will service and repair all brands of door systems throughout Australia, although emergency call-out fees may apply. If you’re on a Carona Service & Maintenance Plan, emergency call-outs are free.

Servicing

Carona Group has service and support technicians in both metro and regional areas across Australia. We carry out service and maintenance and upgrades of our own manufactured doors, including rapid doors, traffic doors, glass and refrigerated doors.

Our extensive onsite experience means our expertise extends to all brands of door systems, providing our clients with a complete and comprehensive level of service and support.
